About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll be essential to our Peachtree City facility's daily operations. You'll operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and work alongside a team committed to meeting targets and maintaining a safe workplace.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance when needed
• Collaborate with your team to meet production schedules and output targets
• Document production information and report any concerns to supervisors
• Adjust processes based on feedback and changing production demands

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating production equipment (we provide training as needed)
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting
• Dependable work habits and strong attendance record
