Sr Director, Product Management DDM – Reston VA

Msccn seeks a Senior Director of Product Management for Data Driven Marketing (DDM) to lead strategic product initiatives in Reston, Fairfax County. This is a full-time leadership role designed for experienced product executives ready to shape data-informed product direction and drive organizational impact.

About the Role

As Senior Director of Product Management, you will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of product initiatives within the DDM portfolio. This leadership position combines hands-on product strategy with the mentorship of cross-functional teams, requiring both technical acumen and business leadership.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
• Lead discovery, research, and market analysis to validate product opportunities and inform prioritization
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver product launches and iterations on schedule
• Develop metrics, analyze performance data, and use insights to guide product decisions and optimization
• Build and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit
• Own P&L responsibility and drive revenue impact through product strategy and innovation

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
• Proven track record defining and executing product strategy in data-driven or marketing technology environments
• Deep experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision making
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage, develop, and inspire product teams
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across engineering, design, marketing, and business functions
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
