Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Gpac, a well-established commercial roofing contractor in Spokane, Spokane County, is hiring a Full-Time Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead our ongoing growth and expand our project portfolio. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to manage complex roofing projects from inception through completion while building and mentoring a dedicated team.

About the Role

As our Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Spokane, you'll oversee all aspects of our commercial roofing projects, ensuring quality delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction. This position combines field leadership with administrative oversight to drive operational excellence across our roofing division.

What You'll Do

• Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and on-time delivery to clients
• Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout each roofing project lifecycle
• Coordinate with roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project scope and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and safety compliance reviews
• Communicate project status, timelines, and any changes to clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop accurate project estimates and proposals for commercial roofing work
• Lead and mentor the roofing project team to foster professional growth and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects or similar construction management roles
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope
