About the Role

As a Superintendent - Commercial Construction based in Deerfield Beach, Broward County, you will take ownership of day-to-day jobsite operations for a leading contractor specializing in Construction Management, Design/Build, and General Contracting. This full-time, on-site position puts you at the center of every project phase, where you will direct field activities and keep crews aligned, safe, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities across the project lifecycle
• Supervise, mentor, and manage field personnel and trade subcontractors
• Maintain project timelines, sequencing work to meet milestones and deadlines
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact on the ground, coordinating with project management and stakeholders
• Track daily progress and resolve field issues to keep work moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong working knowledge of Construction Management, Design/Build, and General Contracting delivery methods
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and supervise field teams
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Effective communication and on-site problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Deerfield Beach, Broward County
