About the Role

This Philadelphia law firm is expanding its insurance defense practice and seeking a senior attorney ready for a partner-level role. You'll have immediate access to a robust caseload, established client relationships, firm infrastructure, and the support to thrive as a partner. This is an opportunity to build your practice within a well-resourced firm rather than starting from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from intake through trial and resolution
• Provide strategic counsel on complex legal issues, risk exposure, and settlement negotiation
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and corporate law departments
• Supervise associate attorneys on case development, research, and client service
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, and trial advocacy
• Participate in partner-level decisions and firm strategy

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience as a partner or senior counsel in insurance defense or commercial litigation
• Proven ability to manage significant matters and develop lasting client relationships
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Active Pennsylvania bar license; multi-state admission preferred
• Leadership qualities and collaborative professional style
• Commitment to client service and ethical standards
