About the Role
Join our litigation team at our Dallas, Texas office in a full-time Associate Attorney position. You'll work with experienced trial counsel on complex personal injury matters—cases that matter, representing clients who've suffered significant harm and deserve substantial recovery.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support discovery, depositions, and legal research on serious injury claims
- Prepare motions, legal briefs, and trial documentation for complex cases
- Collaborate with our trial team on case strategy and preparation
- Build and maintain client relationships through each phase of litigation
- Analyze case value, exposure, and settlement strategy
- Support trial presentation and courtroom proceedings
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Experience handling catastrophic or severe injury cases
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
- Hands-on knowledge of discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
- Active Texas bar license or eligibility to practice in Texas
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
