About the Role

As a Strategic Sourcing Category Manager at Nature's Way, you'll own the strategy behind your assigned spend categories while driving sourcing initiatives that deliver value, resilience, and supplier performance. This is a hybrid position based in Preble, Brown County, requiring regular on-site collaboration, so candidates must live within commuting distance of Green Bay, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead category strategies that align procurement goals with broader business objectives
• Run end-to-end sourcing activities, from market analysis and supplier evaluation through negotiation and award
• Build and manage supplier relationships to secure reliable supply, competitive cost, and consistent quality
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the supply chain to anticipate needs and reduce risk
• Track category spend, identify savings opportunities, and report on sourcing outcomes

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of combined experience in both category management and strategic sourcing within a supply chain environment
• Ability to work on-site as part of a hybrid schedule near Green Bay, WI
