Join intent as a full-time Tech Recruiter in a remote position where you'll own talent acquisition end-to-end for a hardware and software engineering team. What This Role Involves
As the Tech Recruiter at intent, you'll manage the complete hiring cycle across our engineering disciplines—including Flutter, iOS, Android, Backend, Firmware, Product Management, and Quality Assurance roles. Rather than relying on job board postings, you'll develop sourcing strategies based on direct candidate research and relationship-building. You'll cultivate a qualified bench of pre-vetted candidates for each key function, positioning the team to hire from a position of choice rather than desperation. Your toolkit will include large language models and AI-assisted platforms as everyday utilities, not supplementary features. You'll also identify opportunities to automate workflows—from candidate screening to reporting—and occasionally develop lightweight internal tools when commercial solutions don't fit the need.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume direct sourcing across technical and product leadership roles
- Employ LLMs and AI tools daily to craft search queries, analyze candidate profiles, personalize outreach messages, and create candidate briefs
- Develop and refresh talent pools for key positions, ensuring a steady flow of vetted prospects
- Evaluate candidates on technical capabilities, risk indicators, and cultural alignment—moving beyond CV matching
- Design and implement automation for sourcing workflows, candidate screening, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers, Product leaders, and executives to align hiring criteria and identify early warning signs
- Document patterns and insights to strengthen the recruitment process over time
- Work alongside the Head of People on strategic hiring decisions

- Skill in evaluating candidates across multiple dimensions: technical depth, collaboration style, and team fit
- Willingness to explore and test new sourcing and recruitment tools to improve outcomes
- A partnership mindset in working with hiring teams, leadership, and other departments
