Program Manager

Utaustin is seeking a Program Manager to join its team at UT MAIN CAMPUS. This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead and coordinate complex programs while supporting the university's mission and strategic initiatives.

Position Summary

As a Program Manager at Utaustin, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic programs that advance the university's goals. You will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments and stakeholders, ensuring program objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic academic and administrative environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure seamless program alignment and execution
• Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective corrective actions
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and communicate regular updates to program stakeholders
• Manage program resources and budget allocation to maximize efficiency
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and track deliverables
