About This Position

This full-time role offers the opportunity to become a key member of Hrhs's patient accounts team. As a Patient Accounts Representative, you'll bridge clinical care and patient financial services, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional customer service across the patient journey. Responsibilities

• Process patient account transactions including registration, insurance verification, and billing inquiries
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility prior to patient appointments
• Manage collections activities with professionalism and patient-centered communication
• Generate and send accurate account statements and coordinate payment follow-up
• Resolve payment-related questions and assist with account adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
• Support accounts receivable operations through daily reconciliation and reporting tasks
