Clinical Integration, Nurse Consultant

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare AI organization in their search for a Clinical Integration Nurse Consultant. This is a full-time, remote position supporting the deployment of clinical decision support technology across hospital systems in the United States.

Our client is scaling rapidly and needs an experienced registered nurse to bridge clinical expertise with technology implementation. You'll work directly with healthcare organizations to ensure successful adoption of AI-powered clinical tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hospital clients to support integration and adoption of clinical AI solutions
• Conduct chart reviews to identify improvement opportunities and validate clinical outcomes
• Build relationships with nursing and physician stakeholders at client sites to drive engagement
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to internal cross-functional teams
• Participate in client presentations and demonstrations, representing the nursing perspective
• Support research and evaluation initiatives for clinical modules
• Identify barriers to clinical outcomes and recommend solutions
• Contribute clinical insights to product development roadmap
• Travel approximately 10% of the time to client sites for onsite support
• Collaborate within a fully remote clinical team

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active registered nurse license with 5+ years of clinical experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical processes
• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical settings
• Previous involvement with quality improvement initiatives (sepsis, hospital-acquired conditions, or similar) or clinical informatics/analytics experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to both frontline staff and executives
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Self-motivated with a passion for improving healthcare through technology
• Executive presence and ability to lead diverse clinical teams
• Track record of exceeding goals and driving measurable results
• Continuous improvement mindset and collaborative team approach

Preferred:

• Experience with clinical research or problem-solving through data analysis
• Ability to interpret and apply clinical research findings
