Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential streaming media client in their search for a Senior Product Manager based in London. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives on owning meaningful product domains end-to-end and excels when problems are still ambiguous.

You'll take ownership of audience growth and platform expansion—a critical product surface for the next phase of our client's evolution. In this role, you'll be responsible for building scalable foundations to drive global subscriber acquisition and develop tiered premium offerings. You'll own strategy, roadmap, and delivery from high-level business goals through to shipped, measured features.

This role requires 3 days per week in the Soho, London office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday core days), with flexibility for additional office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps and own the sub-strategy for specific product areas such as onboarding, content discovery, monetization, or viewer experience
• Guide technical products through the entire lifecycle—from conception through development and launch—and iterate based on performance
• Partner directly with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Science, Marketing, Business Development, and Legal to define product requirements and resolve trade-offs
• Establish KPIs and OKRs for your domain, using data-backed insights to iterate quickly and demonstrate measurable impact
• Pitch roadmaps to senior leadership to guide resource allocation and align cross-functional teams without relying on direct hierarchy
• Write narrative strategy memos and present complex visions clearly to senior leadership and engineering teams
• Mentor team members and raise the bar for product thinking across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years in product management or a closely related technical role, with at least 3–5 years focused on shipping complex technical products from 0 to 1
• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking—able to see the big picture and make connections across teams and issues
• Technical acumen: ability to translate highly technical engineering constraints (machine learning models, streaming architectures, latency) into clear business trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders
• Deep domain fluency in identity and access management, subscription management, billing and monetization, and data processing—with the ability to debate architectural and technical trade-offs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including narrative strategy writing for senior audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AI tools and AI prototyping
