Client Value Partner – Public Sector

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software client seeking a Client Value Partner - Public Sector to join their growing team in London. This strategic role will lead transformational initiatives with the organization's most important public sector accounts.

As the accountable lead for customer success, you will serve as the trusted advisor engaging with C-Level executives to define long-term transformation visions. You will mobilize cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption across government and public sector organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders including C-level executives, embedding strategic objectives into their organizational priorities
• Lead end-to-end customer value journey, from roadmap development through value realization
• Staff and manage engagements leveraging global cross-functional teams across servicing, product, and engineering
• Mentor customers on organizational design and maturation of Centers of Excellence
• Resolve customer escalations efficiently and effectively, orchestrating internal teams
• Drive value realization and adoption, ensuring high-quality, on-time project completion and client satisfaction
• Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment of product development with public sector needs
• Drive customer presence at key industry events and contribute thought leadership
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance for their professional success

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related roles within the Public Sector
• Strong track record driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations
• Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
• Ability to navigate large global organizations with persuasive communication through data and facts
• Natural consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
• Proven ability to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with subject matter experts
• Strong project management skills with ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive team player who inspires others
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments
• Patient and entrepreneurial leadership style

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with AI-based transformation initiatives
• Background in process intelligence or business transformation platforms
