Commercial Account Executive

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-established SaaS organization in their search for a Commercial Account Executive based in London, UK (hybrid eligible). This role focuses on driving software and services revenue through both expansion within existing accounts and new business acquisition in the commercial segment.

You will manage accounts with 200-5,000 employees, developing strategic plans that balance tactical execution with complex, solution-based selling. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing UK presence within a global software provider.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for commercial segment accounts (200-5,000 employees)
• Lead account teams by partnering with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Develop short and long-term growth and renewal strategies across your customer base
• Proactively develop unsolicited proposals that align with customer initiatives
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities while tracking critical metrics that predict success
• Balance tactical execution with complex, high-value solution-based deals

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in the commercial segment
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
• Proven ability to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
• Experience with solution selling and the MEDDICC framework
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and competitive landscape in the commercial segment
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
