Position Summary

As Assistant Manager of Account Management, you'll own the lifecycle of key client relationships, from initial engagement through ongoing partnership development. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. You'll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responsible for satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities within the Delivery Hero portfolio.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts across Lahore and surrounding areas
• Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities to maximise revenue and market penetration
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and gather market feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams—operations, customer support, and marketing—to deliver seamless client experiences
• Prepare and present performance reports, proposals, and commercial recommendations to account stakeholders
• Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve issues to sustain strong partnerships
• Support the sales pipeline through structured follow-up and account planning activities

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Sales, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of account management, key account management, or B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of account growth, customer retention, and meeting commercial targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Urdu proficiency is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort using CRM tools and spreadsheets
• Ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
