Position Summary

As an Executive, Business Development professional, you will spearhead forward-thinking strategies that expand Delivery Hero's market presence and revenue streams throughout the Philippines. Working remotely from Taguig, you will own the complete business development cycle—from market opportunity identification and competitive assessment through partnership structuring, negotiation, and go-to-market activation. Your mandate centers on translating market intelligence into sustainable growth, building relationships that strengthen our merchant network, and driving measurable commercial impact across new and existing revenue channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high-potential business opportunities that align with Delivery Hero's expansion strategy in the region
• Develop and negotiate partnership agreements with restaurants, merchants, and ecosystem partners to expand network capacity and service breadth
• Perform market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessment to inform pricing and commercial strategy
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the delivery and food service sectors
• Lead commercial negotiations on terms, contracts, and partnership structures to optimize mutual value
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to launch and scale new revenue initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics, forecast revenue impact, and deliver transparent reporting on business development progress

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership roles within technology, logistics, or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of food delivery, marketplace dynamics, or restaurant and merchant ecosystems
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Quantitative mindset with proven skill in analyzing opportunities and forecasting commercial outcomes
• Balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution capability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
