The Opportunity

You'll support the day-to-day operations of our Epic Electronic Health Record system, serving as a trusted resource for clinical and administrative users. This entry-level analyst role combines technical problem-solving with healthcare collaboration, offering a clear pathway to grow expertise in one of the industry's most critical applications. Your Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to Epic EHR users, resolving technical issues and answering workflow questions
• Test and validate system updates, configurations, and new functionality
• Document processes, workarounds, and best practices to support ongoing training and knowledge management
• Work with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to understand system needs and pain points
• Participate in user training sessions and create educational materials
• Track and report on system incidents and support trends

Requirements
