Role Overview
Join Wustl's Institute for School Partnership (ISP) as an Instructional Specialist II, where you will play a critical role in enhancing educational outcomes for students in the St. Louis region. This full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity to collaborate with educators and school leaders to develop and implement innovative instructional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with K-12 educators to design and deliver professional development programs that address the unique needs of their students.
- Develop and maintain instructional resources, tools, and materials that support effective teaching practices.
- Conduct research on best practices in education and share findings with the broader education community.
- Assess the impact of instructional programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of new instructional initiatives and projects aligned with ISP's mission and goals.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Education or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in K-12 education or related field.
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of successful project management and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment is a plus.
