Your Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment presentations, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective students and families
- Represent WSU at college fairs, high school visits, and community events throughout the region
- Provide comprehensive advising on academic programs, admissions requirements, financial aid, and campus life
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and community partners
- Process and review student applications and admission materials
- Follow up with prospective students to encourage enrollment and answer questions
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to recruitment reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with other recruitment and admissions staff to achieve departmental objectives
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Ability to represent the university professionally and authentically
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Genuine enthusiasm for higher education and WSU's mission and values
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events and outreach activities
- Proficiency with computer systems and database management
