Student Recruitment Coordinator and Advisor

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment presentations, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective students and families
• Represent WSU at college fairs, high school visits, and community events throughout the region
• Provide comprehensive advising on academic programs, admissions requirements, financial aid, and campus life
• Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and community partners
• Process and review student applications and admission materials
• Follow up with prospective students to encourage enrollment and answer questions
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to recruitment reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with other recruitment and admissions staff to achieve departmental objectives
