Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and deployment of clinical assessment projects from conception through launch and post-market surveillance
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent initiatives
- Direct clinical validation studies and coordinate with clinical sites, investigators, and institutional review boards
- Oversee regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with FDA, CMS, and other governing bodies
- Build and mentor a high-performing project management and clinical operations team
- Communicate project status, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence across clinical project delivery
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical project management, or clinical assessment technology within healthcare or life sciences
- Proven track record leading clinical projects from conception to successful market launch or regulatory approval
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment methodologies and the healthcare technology landscape
- Leadership experience managing teams of 5+ professionals across multiple functions
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across clinical, technical, and business audiences
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
