Medical Director, Medical Affairs – US – Remote

Worldwide is hiring a Medical Director, Medical Affairs for a full-time position based in Miami, Florida. In this role, you'll lead medical strategy and clinical governance initiatives, partnering across business, regulatory, and scientific teams to ensure our medical programs are evidence-based, compliant, and aligned with patient needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee medical affairs strategy, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance across all programs
• Lead cross-functional teams on medical communications, clinical evidence generation, and scientific engagement
• Provide medical and clinical leadership on regulatory submissions, pharmacovigilance, and safety monitoring
• Advise senior leadership on medical, scientific, and clinical strategy decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and scientific advisors
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines

What You Bring

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree with active medical licensure
• Significant professional experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related pharmaceutical or healthcare leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory affairs, clinical strategy, and medical communications
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex scientific and regulatory concepts for diverse audiences
