Join Worldvision as a Case Manager-1 and make a direct impact supporting beneficiaries across our operations in 2 Locations. In this full-time role, you'll manage individual and family cases, coordinate essential services, and ensure vulnerable populations receive appropriate support and resources.

Position Summary

Worldvision seeks a dedicated Case Manager-1 to deliver compassionate, efficient case management services. You'll assess client needs, develop and implement case plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with community partners and service providers. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of beneficiaries and families to identify needs and strengths
• Develop individualized case management plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Facilitate access to social services, health care, education, livelihood support, and other resources
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and records
• Monitor client progress against case plan objectives and adjust interventions as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partner organizations, and service providers
• Prepare case reports and provide data for program monitoring and evaluation
• Participate in case supervision and peer learning activities

Requirements

• Secondary education minimum; post-secondary training in social work, community development, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in case management, community outreach, social services, or humanitarian assistance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust with diverse populations
• Fluency in local languages of the operating areas; French and/or English proficiency required
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and case management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in resource-constrained environments
