- Deliver clear, empathetic communication and education to pet owners throughout their visit
- Monitor patients, prepare animals for care, and operate modern diagnostic tools including imaging and lab equipment
- Support management of frequent urgent concerns such as soft-tissue injuries, ear issues, digestive upsets, and compassionate end-of-life services
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and accurate digital charting so the facility remains ready for the next case
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a veterinary assistant, ideally with prior senior or urgent-care exposure

- Strong client-service abilities and clear verbal communication with owners in stressful moments
- Comfort operating electronic medical records, digital x-ray systems, and in-house laboratory analyzers
