- Capacity to perform or rapidly acquire technical skills that cover venous sampling, catheter work, anesthesia support, dental cleanings, radiographic imaging, medication administration, laboratory evaluation, and owner teaching within state guidelines
- Strong interpersonal communication suited to productive conversations with pet owners
- Careful attention to detail when creating or revising patient documentation
- Willingness to contribute productively inside a multi-doctor animal hospital that values both patient excellence and owner satisfaction
