Position Summary

As a Personal Banker I at Wsfsbank, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to our customers in the Lumberton area. In this client-facing role, you'll open accounts, process transactions, and provide personalized guidance to help customers navigate their banking needs. You'll be the frontline representative of Wsfsbank, creating positive experiences that build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth.

Core Duties

• Open and maintain deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and money market products
• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services

• Cross-sell credit cards, loans, and other financial products to expand customer relationships
