Floating Personal Banker – New Jersey

Wsfsbank is hiring a Floating Personal Banker to serve customers across multiple New Jersey branch locations. This is a full-time role where you'll build relationships, provide banking solutions, and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout our network.

About This Position

As a Floating Personal Banker at Wsfsbank, you'll work across our 7 New Jersey locations, bringing stability and expertise to branches that need additional support. This role combines relationship-building with sales, requiring flexibility to cover different offices while maintaining the high service standards our customers expect. You'll be the face of Wsfsbank—managing customer interactions, identifying financial needs, and recommending solutions that matter.

Core Duties

• Serve customers across assigned branch locations, adapting quickly to different teams and customer bases
• Open new checking, savings, and credit product accounts for individuals and small businesses
• Provide comprehensive guidance on deposit products, loans, credit services, and investment options
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive loyalty and referrals
• Process customer transactions, applications, and supporting documentation accurately
• Meet sales goals and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining compliance
• Ensure branch operations run smoothly by supporting colleagues and responding to customer service needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous retail banking, customer service, or sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers
• Comfortable with banking software systems and willingness to learn new platforms
• Reliable transportation for traveling between New Jersey branch locations
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical banking practices
