This is a full-time position for a seasoned sales professional committed to helping large-scale organizations modernize their communication and collaboration infrastructure.

The Opportunity

You'll drive revenue expansion across Switzerland by building deep partnerships with enterprise clients undergoing significant digital transformation. Your focus will be stewarding the region's largest and most strategic organisations as they adopt intelligent collaboration platforms. In this role, you'll be at the centre of Zoom's mission to enable enterprises to operate smarter, faster, and more effectively through next-generation communication solutions including Zoom Contact Centre, Zoom Phone, Zoom Events, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Apps, and Zoom Webinars.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue enterprise accounts across Switzerland, leading full-cycle sales engagements from initial contact through contract closure
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships, presenting solutions directly to C-suite decision-makers with strategic insight and professional authority
  • Navigate intricate procurement processes typical of large enterprise environments, negotiating terms and addressing complex requirements
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using proactive outreach, strategic research, and account planning methodologies
  • Serve as the account strategist, understanding customer workflows and recommending tailored configurations of SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, and platform technologies
  • Partner across cross-functional teams including solutions engineering and customer success to ensure seamless implementation and adoption
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accurately, and maintain discipline around sales metrics and opportunity management

Requirements

  • Established track record of closing large enterprise deals in competitive, multi-threaded environments
  • Deep expertise selling unified communications, contact centre solutions, or comparable enterprise software platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to command the room when presenting to senior executives and influencing complex buying committees
  • Solid understanding of enterprise partner channels and how ecosystem relationships accelerate deals
  • Consultative sales mindset: you lead with customer needs rather than features, and you design solutions thoughtfully
  • Excellent communication skills—your proposals are clear, your presentations are compelling, and you articulate value effortlessly
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritise strategically, and remain resilient through long sales cycles
