Creative Visualizer

Hul Hub is hiring a Creative Visualizer for our Pakistan office. As a key creative professional, you'll drive visual strategy and brand expression across all our marketing channels and communications, working full-time to elevate how our brand is perceived and experienced.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented creative professional to guide our visual identity and establish the aesthetic standards that represent Hul Hub. In this position, you'll be responsible for determining the creative vision that informs all marketing and design decisions. You'll develop comprehensive brand standards to ensure consistency across every touchpoint—from digital platforms to printed materials—and work to embed these guidelines throughout the organisation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Guide the company's overall creative direction and visual strategy
• Create and maintain brand standards documentation to ensure visual consistency
• Produce marketing assets, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print applications
• Manage a range of industry-standard design platforms and creative tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media, design, fine arts, or a closely related discipline
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an advertising or marketing environment, in a design or creative role
• Expert-level proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom, XD, and UXPin
• Understanding of design formats and standards for social platforms, websites, and print media
• Strong artistic sensibility, originality, and range across different design styles and contexts
• Familiarity with current design movements and modern branding approaches
• Demonstrable portfolio that reflects strong design capability and creative output
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Enthusiasm for mastering emerging design tools and techniques
