IT Support Internship

What You'll Do

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as printers and scanners, working through problems methodically with end-users.
• Network Assistance: Support routine network maintenance tasks, help diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, and assist with management of network devices including routers and switches.
• Technical Documentation: Write and maintain user guides, procedure documentation, and knowledge base materials to help users self-serve and standardise processes.
• User Assistance: Respond to support requests from colleagues regarding operating systems, applications, and general IT concerns through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• IT Asset Tracking: Manage and monitor hardware inventory, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• System Monitoring: Observe system performance and maintain logs of activities to identify and prevent emerging problems.
