Senior Analyst People Change Management – Caribbean

TheHiveCareers is recruiting a Senior Analyst in People Change Management to lead transformation initiatives in Barbados. This is a full-time position based locally, where you'll guide major change efforts across the organisation and ensure teams adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working successfully.

What This Role Involves

You'll be central to how our organisation navigates complex transformation. As a Senior Analyst, you'll help teams and individuals move through significant change by clarifying what's shifting, why it matters, and how to succeed in the new landscape. Whether we're implementing new technology, restructuring roles, updating processes, or responding to regulatory requirements, you'll ensure people understand the impact and feel supported to make the transition.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver change management strategies for major projects, working with leaders to identify stakeholder needs, set clear change objectives, and measure impact across the organisation
• Work closely with project sponsors and business leaders to assess how change affects people—through new systems, workflow changes, structural shifts, or compliance updates—and build tailored responses that address their concerns
• Identify and reduce resistance to change by facilitating individual and group support sessions, uncovering barriers, and creating practical solutions that build momentum
• Synchronise change activities across teams and departments, establishing clear accountabilities and keeping communications consistent to prevent change fatigue
• Design and deliver focused training and coaching programmes, partnering with talent teams to equip people with the skills and confidence they need to thrive
• Lead communications across all channels—presentations, updates, digital platforms, and external messaging—so all audiences, including customers, clearly understand what's changing and why
• Strengthen our change management capability by exploring and implementing new methodologies, tools, and proven techniques that enhance how we lead organisational transformation

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum five years' banking experience with direct involvement in people change management
• Demonstrated success running interactive workshops—in person and remotely—using design thinking, collaborative tools (MURAL, SharePoint, Teams), and modern facilitation methods
• Substantial experience leading organisational change: managing stakeholder communications, conducting impact assessments, running training and design sessions, and orchestrating facilitated workshops
• Proven ability to build relationships and gain buy-in across all levels, from frontline staff to executives
• Strong grasp of our organisation's change management framework, methodologies, and strategic priorities
• Working familiarity with our core banking systems (including Fiserv Signature, TSYS, and FSM) and operational context
• Active certification in People Change Management from PROSCI or an equivalent recognised body
• A diploma or degree in human resources management or related discipline is advantageous
