We're building a network of skilled tax and accounting professionals across Vietnam to serve Australian clients directly. This Full-Time Tax Accountant or Bookkeeper role offers career progression, professional development, and the stability of direct hire employment—not a BPO arrangement. You'll work alongside experienced teams, gaining exposure to diverse clients and complex tax scenarios while maintaining the highest standards of Australian tax practice.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Australian tax returns and compliance documents
• Manage general ledger accounts and reconcile financial statements
• Process and record business transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support audit readiness and maintain organized tax records
• Liaise with clients on tax-related queries and reporting requirements
• Stay current with Australian tax law changes and update practices accordingly

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Australian Public Practice tax accounting or bookkeeping
• Strong foundation in Australian tax regulations and accounting principles
• Fluent written and spoken communication—critical for effective client partnerships and tax documentation
• Flexibility and openness to evolving business requirements and diverse client scenarios
• Professional reliability with demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements
