KMC Solutions Inc is hiring a recruiting coordinator in the United States who is passionate about creating positive candidate experiences and supporting talent acquisition success. You'll partner with TA professionals, engineering leaders, and business partners to coordinate recruiting efforts and maintain exceptional standards throughout the hiring process.

About This Position

This full-time role offers the opportunity to become a key member of the recruiting team. You'll coordinate interview processes, manage candidate logistics, and support the talent acquisition function with meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for every candidate's experience. The position requires strong organizational abilities and a commitment to helping your organization attract top talent.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate both on-site and remote interviews, managing candidate logistics and maintaining accurate records
• Prepare and distribute formal offer documentation while maintaining complete confidentiality
• Oversee the engineering team's interview training program and certification process
• Update and manage the applicant tracking system daily, ensuring data accuracy across all recruiting records
• Greet and welcome candidates arriving for in-office interviews, providing a positive first impression
• Handle administrative support tasks that strengthen the talent acquisition function
• Coordinate company-wide recruiting campaigns and events to build employer brand awareness

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a recruiting coordinator
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and platforms (minimum 1 year)
• 1+ years of experience handling sensitive hiring information, including offer preparation and interview coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling: consistently handling 40 to 120 interview requests weekly
• Strategic mindset with ability to communicate status updates, establish goals, and develop actionable plans
• Self-directed work style with strong initiative, time management, and openness to feedback
