What You'll Do
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely
- Greet customers with professionalism and answer questions about products and services
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain an orderly checkout area
- Verify identification for age-restricted purchases in compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation standards throughout your work area
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but we train motivated candidates
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible for part-time scheduling
- Must pass a background check
