Role Overview

As a Keyholder at Reitmans in Burlington, you'll be an essential member of our store management team, responsible for opening and closing operations, leading sales associates, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Reporting directly to store management, you'll play a vital role in upholding our brand standards while driving sales performance and maintaining store security.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following all security protocols and procedures
• Supervise and mentor part-time and full-time sales associates during assigned shifts
• Manage point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and engagement
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
• Respond to operational challenges and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support promotional activities and special events as needed
