Digital Career Institute, a leading provider of digital professional training in Germany, is seeking an experienced SAP instructor to design and deliver curriculum for SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA training. This contract role offers the opportunity to build a comprehensive educational program that prepares professionals for high-demand SAP development careers.

Position Summary

We're expanding our course offerings in SAP development and need a subject-matter expert to develop and teach an innovative SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA training program. You'll combine deep technical expertise with instructional design to create curriculum that bridges foundational SAP concepts through advanced enterprise system architecture. What You'll Do

• Design and structure practical SAP ABAP curriculum, progressing from core user interface navigation through data modeling, interfaces, customizing, and system migration
• Develop engaging course materials and learning content that translate complex SAP concepts into accessible modules
• Create interactive, learner-centered course experiences in close collaboration with the product development team
• Deliver SAP training sessions to participants with minimal or no prior SAP experience (optional following curriculum development phase)
• Maintain course materials according to current SAP community standards and evolving industry workplace demands
• Integrate real-world SAP project scenarios and case studies to ensure practical relevance throughout the program

Skills & Qualifications

• Completed degree or professional training in IT, computer science, or related field
• Multiple years of professional experience as an SAP user or developer, with hands-on expertise in ABAP and S/4 HANA
• Background in training delivery, knowledge transfer, or instructional design (preferred but not required)
• Advanced proficiency in ABAP Objects, SAP S/4 HANA, and ideally Fiori and UI5 technologies
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, practically, and with accessibility
• Strong pedagogical skills, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring professionals in continuing education
• Fluent German or English communication skills
