Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, wraps, and other deli items according to company standards and customer orders

• Operate deli equipment including slicers, ovens, and warming units safely and efficiently
• Stock and rotate ingredients, ensuring freshness and appropriate inventory levels
• Assist with basic food prep tasks such as portioning, seasoning, and packaging items for sale
• Communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain customer service standards
• Keep the deli production area clean and organized to meet company and health department requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Prior food service or retail experience a plus, but not required
