The Opportunity

Pilot Company is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to support our growing supply chain operations at our Santa Fe Springs location. This is a full-time position offering the chance to develop valuable warehouse skills while contributing to smooth and efficient operations in a dynamic team environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and grow your expertise in logistics and inventory management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments according to company procedures
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer deadlines
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts
• Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using appropriate material handling techniques
• Store products in designated locations and organize warehouse space for optimal workflow
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks where applicable
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive movements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and orders
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting production schedules
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and warehouse safety procedures
• Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
