The Opportunity

As a Senior Relationship & Reputation Assistant at Bosch Group, you will play a key role in shaping how customers perceive and interact with the company. This position combines relationship management expertise with reputation strategy, allowing you to directly influence customer satisfaction and brand integrity. You'll work within a dynamic Customer Service environment, handling complex communications, managing stakeholder concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction reinforces Bosch's reputation for quality and reliability.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key customer relationships through proactive communication and consistent engagement
• Monitor, assess, and respond to customer feedback and online reputation indicators across multiple channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues that impact brand perception
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare reports and insights on reputation trends and customer sentiment for management review
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in customer relationship management
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes to inform service improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or reputation management roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to coach and support others
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software tools
