Bosch Group is seeking an energetic Project Support Intern – Digital Transformation to join our team in Hatvan, Hungary. This is a remote internship within our Information Technology department, offering hands-on experience in supporting enterprise digital initiatives.

About This Position

As a Project Support Intern focused on Digital Transformation, you'll play a vital part in helping Bosch Group advance its technology modernisation efforts. Working within our IT division, you'll gain practical exposure to how multinational organisations implement large-scale digital change initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills whilst contributing to meaningful transformation projects that impact Bosch's operations across Europe.

Core Duties

• Assist project managers and transformation leads with administrative and logistical tasks related to digital initiatives
• Gather, compile, and organise documentation, reports, and project data
• Support communication and coordination between internal teams and stakeholders
• Help track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and project summaries
• Contribute to process improvement activities and identify efficiency opportunities
• Support team members with research, scheduling, and general project administration

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Interest in digital transformation, IT processes, or enterprise technology
