Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support HR team members with administrative and clerical tasks including document management, scheduling, and correspondence
• Assist with employee records maintenance and database coordination for HR systems
• Help prepare materials for recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and HR events
• Organize and manage files, reports, and administrative documentation
• Support communication coordination between HR and other departments
• Contribute to basic research and data compilation for HR projects and initiatives

What You Bring

• Enrolled in or completed upper-level coursework in business administration, human resources, or related academic discipline
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative work
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats
