What This Role Involves

As a project procurement intern at Bosch Group, you'll work within the purchasing department to support end-to-end procurement processes. You'll gain practical experience in supplier management, cost analysis, and procurement strategy while contributing to real projects that impact our global operations. This internship position offers insight into how large-scale manufacturing organisations source materials, manage suppliers, and optimise procurement performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team with research and analysis of suppliers and materials for assigned projects
• Assist with purchase order processing, vendor communication, and supplier documentation
• Help analyse costs and evaluate procurement opportunities to improve efficiency
• Participate in supplier meetings and project planning discussions
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to procurement activities
• Support contract preparation and negotiation processes

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in business, engineering, supply chain management, or related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Interest in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing processes
