Bosch Group is seeking a Labortechnikus to join our Engineering team in Budapest, HU. In this full-time position, you will support critical laboratory operations and quality assurance processes that drive product excellence across our manufacturing and development facilities.

What This Role Involves

As a Laboratory Technician at Bosch Group in Budapest, you will serve as an essential member of our engineering and quality team. This role focuses on conducting laboratory tests, maintaining precision instruments, documenting results with accuracy, and ensuring all work adheres to stringent quality standards and safety protocols. Your contributions will directly support product development and verification for Bosch Group's diverse engineering projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment and testing instruments
• Perform standardised tests and measurements on materials, components, and assemblies
• Record, organise, and analyse test data with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare samples and set up experimental procedures according to established protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve technical challenges
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a secure laboratory environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or secondary education in laboratory science, engineering, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated ability to operate laboratory equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precise data recording
• Competency in basic mathematics and technical measurement
• Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working within a structured team environment
• Fluency in Hungarian; English language skills are advantageous
