Role Overview

We're seeking an engaged, ambitious working student to support our Business Development team at Bosch Group in Lohr am Main. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends
• Assist in developing and refining business development strategies and proposals
• Support client and partner engagement, coordinating meetings and maintaining relationship documentation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Contribute to project management activities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and administrative support
• Analyse commercial data and contribute insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Support the team with day-to-day business operations whilst learning commercial fundamentals

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business, Economics, Management, International Relations, or related field
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proactive approach with genuine interest in business development and commercial strategy
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment
