Role Overview
We're seeking an engaged, ambitious working student to support our Business Development team at Bosch Group in Lohr am Main. In this part-time, remote role, you'll gain real-world commercial experience, working on projects that drive market growth and business expansion. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends
- Assist in developing and refining business development strategies and proposals
- Support client and partner engagement, coordinating meetings and maintaining relationship documentation
- Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to project management activities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and administrative support
- Analyse commercial data and contribute insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Support the team with day-to-day business operations whilst learning commercial fundamentals
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business, Economics, Management, International Relations, or related field
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive approach with genuine interest in business development and commercial strategy
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment
