Join Bosch Group as a Purchasing Project Manager for Power Solutions, Gasoline Direct Injection, and Hydrogen systems, based at our Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate facility in Rayong, Thailand. This full-time role leads strategic procurement and project delivery for advanced automotive powertrain technologies across Southeast Asia.

About This Position

As a Purchasing Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for mission-critical components and assemblies supporting power solutions, GDI engines, and next-generation hydrogen systems. This position bridges supply chain strategy and project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and quality standards across a complex supplier network in the region. You'll work within Bosch Group's global procurement framework while driving efficiency and innovation in sourcing for our most advanced technologies.

Core Duties

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance to optimise cost, delivery, and quality for power solutions and hydrogen system components
• Plan and coordinate procurement timelines and milestones aligned with product development and manufacturing schedules
• Conduct market analysis and supply chain risk assessment for GDI and hydrogen system technologies across Southeast Asia
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align procurement strategy with technical and operational requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement improvements to supply chain efficiency and resilience
• Prepare and track project budgets, cost reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, engineering, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain project management, ideally in automotive or powertrain sectors
• Strong understanding of GDI, power solutions, or hydrogen technology is advantageous
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and project management tools
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, fast-paced environments
• English language fluency; additional Southeast Asian language skills are valued
