What You'll Do

- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other clinical staff to coordinate care
- Communicate clearly with patients and families to explain procedures and answer health questions
- Participate in orientation modules and unit-based learning to strengthen clinical knowledge
- Apply nursing standards and protocols while developing your individual clinical style
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Texas Board of Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundation in clinical assessment and patient care fundamentals
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Readiness to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare setting
