Bosch Group is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our growing team in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg. This full-time remote internship offers the opportunity to develop commercial acumen whilst supporting strategic initiatives that drive market expansion and customer growth across our operations.

About This Position

In this Business Development Internship, you'll gain practical experience in identifying and evaluating market opportunities, supporting the development of commercial strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance Bosch Group's business objectives. Working remotely from within our Ulm-based division, you'll contribute to real projects that shape how we engage with customers and grow our market presence in competitive sectors.

Core Duties

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy development
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new commercial opportunities and partnerships
• Support the preparation of business proposals, market assessments, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs and market trends
• Gather and analyse data to inform decision-making and business planning
• Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and internal reporting
• Support relationship-building activities with key stakeholders and potential partners

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Initiative and curiosity about business development processes and market dynamics
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a distributed team
• Organised approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines
