Join Bosch Group for a full-time, remote UX internship (Pflichtpraktikum) focused on Digital Transformation, based in Reutlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user experience design whilst contributing to real projects within one of the world's leading engineering and technology companies.

Position Summary

As a UX Intern in our Digital Transformation initiative, you'll work alongside experienced designers and product teams to explore how user-centred design drives innovation across Bosch's digital services. You'll engage in the full UX design lifecycle—from research and ideation through prototyping and evaluation—whilst learning industry best practices and contributing meaningfully to projects that impact millions of users globally. This internship offers a structured pathway to understanding both the creative and strategic dimensions of modern digital product design within a large, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard design tools
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into elegant, functional designs
• Participate in design reviews and iterate on solutions based on feedback
• Document design systems and best practices to support consistency across digital products
• Support usability testing and gather data to validate design hypotheses

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline
• Solid grasp of UX principles, design thinking methodology, and human-centred design practices
• Proficiency with design and prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English; German language skills are beneficial
• Attention to detail, curiosity about technology trends, and a genuine passion for creating intuitive user experiences
