ASIC Verification EEJ 2026

Bosch Group is hiring an ASIC Verification Engineer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru, India. This is a full-time position based on-site, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor verification for automotive and industrial applications.

About the Role

As an ASIC Verification Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of custom silicon designs before they reach production. Working within our hardware verification team, you'll develop test strategies, build verification testbenches, and validate complex integrated circuits across multiple technology nodes. This is a hands-on engineering position where your expertise directly shapes the reliability of Bosch's next-generation embedded systems.

Core Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive testbenches and verification environments using industry-standard hardware description languages and simulation tools
• Develop test plans and functional verification strategies aligned with design requirements and manufacturing constraints
• Execute simulation campaigns, analyse results, and identify and report design defects and edge cases
• Collaborate with ASIC design engineers to understand circuit functionality and verification challenges
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to verification closure assessments
• Document verification methodologies, test coverage metrics, and validation reports

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Solid understanding of digital circuit design and HDL fundamentals (Verilog or SystemVerilog)
• Experience with EDA tools and simulation environments (e.g., ModelSim, VCS, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with verification methodologies such as UVM or constrained-random testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical findings clearly
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving verification practices
