Position Summary

The Sales Logistics Analyst bridges sales and supply chain operations, playing a vital role in coordinating logistics activities that directly support our sales objectives. You'll ensure efficient order fulfillment, optimize delivery schedules, and implement cost-effective logistics solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and accelerate business growth in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics planning and scheduling aligned with sales operations to meet customer delivery commitments
• Analyze sales forecasts and demand patterns to optimize inventory levels and supply chain efficiency
• Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and resolve logistics obstacles to maintain on-time order fulfillment
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and reduce logistics costs
• Measure key performance metrics, identify operational improvements, and implement solutions to enhance logistics effectiveness
• Manage relationships with vendors and carriers to maintain service quality and cost competitiveness

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, or similar operational role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across functions and departments
• Knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain best practices
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
