In this Maintenance Service Technician role at our Lexington Park senior property, you'll play an important part in delivering the quality maintenance and repairs our residents depend on every day.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all building systems, apartments, and common facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and complete work orders efficiently
• Diagnose and repair issues involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and household appliances
• Maintain building exteriors, grounds, landscaping, and all shared community spaces
• Document completed work accurately and maintain detailed maintenance records
• Comply with all safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with maintenance or repair work in residential or multi-family settings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with residents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance work safely, including working at heights
